WEEK 1: A Quick Start to Real Estate Entrepreneurship

In week one we will focus on building your business. From working with buyers to showing your first home.  We show you how to stay on track and work as if you had a "real job". 

WEEK 2: Get Familiar with the Homebuying Process

In week two, we will continue to focus on jumpstarting your business while focusing on your real estate bio and the steps to home ownership.  I will show you how to think and do research in the communities you work in.  Becoming an expert will be key in the coming weeks.  You will have action items and challenged to start working the business.  

WEEK 3: Take Action & Start Networking

In week three, you will start to feel some consistency in the process.  This is the week challenge you with new action steps and real world actions that we want you to complete.  This week we start focusing on social media, showing homes and new construction properties.

WEEK 4: The Ins and Outs of Market Analysis

In week four, we begin the comparative market analysis conversation.  As agents, we build CMA's for buyers, sellers, landlords, investors and commercial owners.  We challenge you with more action steps and share simple insights on how to generate a seller lead with simple practicing of a CMA.  We also talk about other ways to learn the real estate business from affiliate partners. 

WEEK 5: Learn Lead Generation

In week six we focus on lead generation, social media and consistency with your database.  As a new agent or agent coming back to the business, creating a consistent lead funnel is the foundation of your business.  We go over your lead generation strategy and continue to work on social media. Each week we continue to build on the previous week to help build a foundation for the weeks after your first six weeks. 

WEEK 6: Master Your CMA & Present Your Market Analysis

You made it to week six. Congratulations.  Now it's time to practice, practice, practice.  Real estate is not an overnight business.  However, with practice, you will continue to learn, generate leads, convert clients and close deals.  This week we start the conversation about data and creating marketing.

I just got my license. Is this course for me?

Yes, when I became a licensed agent in 2001, I remember working by the seat of my pants. Trying to figure out how to figure it out.  I wished there was a simple plan to help me get started in real estate.  Years ago I created a weekly list of things for the agents I would train at my local association and that list of things to do has become a class.  A class for you.

I am a part time agent. Is this course for me?

Yes, this course is meant to help you jump start your real estate career.  You can complete the course in six weeks or at your own pace.  Even if you are part-time, dual career or a full time agent.

I’ve already been an agent for 1-2 years. Is this course for me?

Yes, Whether you are newly licensed, no sales, or in the business 1 to 2 years, this course is for you.  Why? Every agent needs a way to stay on track in their businesses.  Many agents obtain a license, and miss many of the basics when they sign up with a brokerage.
